Masak Lemak Tempe dan Tofu


Ingredients A
2 pcs tempe - cut
2 pcs hard tofu - cut into 2 and fried lightly
2 hard boiled eggs - peeled
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
2 kafir leaves
salt to taste

Ingredients for Chilli Paste - (blend)
4 pcs bird eyes chili
3 slices galangal
2 slices fresh turmeric
2 slices ginger
3 small onions
1 garlic


Methods.
1. Combine the chili paste with coconut milk and water. Bring to boil
2. Add boiled eggs, tofu and tempe plus kafir leaves and salt, continue stirs
3. Served with white rice
