Onion Fritters (Cucur Bawang)

A very simple food to serve during tea time.

Onion Fritters

3 cups plain flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 cup water
1 egg
1 red chili - deseeded and chopped
1 large Onion - sliced
1 stalk spring onion - sliced
1 tsp chicken stock granules
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mixed until become a soft doh (not too watery)
2. Heat oil and use a spoon to scoop and deep fry until brown.
3. Serve with chili sauce
