Telur Bungkus

5 eggs - lightly beaten
3 tbsp minced chicken
1 garlic - chopped
1 onion - chopped
1 red chili - deseeded and chopped
1 tomato - dices
1 tbsp green peas or mixed vegetables
2 tbsp Thai chili sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
salt to taste
1. Beat egg and add a bit of salt. Using the frying pan, make an omelet and set a side
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté the garlic and onion until brown and then add chicken. Stirs
3. Add green peas or mixed vegetables, chili, tomato and oyster sauce. Mixed well.
4. Pour the mixture on to the omelet and the wrap it
5. Garnished with spring onion and served while still hot
