Tenggiri masak lemak Chili Padi


2 pcs tenggiri (any fish)
4-5 chili padi
3 onions
1 tspn tumeric powder
1 tamarind peel (asam keping)                        
2 cups coconut
1/2 cup of water
3 tomato - cut
1 lemon grass
1 tsp chicken stock
Salt to taste

1) Pound (blend) chili padi and onion till fine
2) Transfer it to a pot, and then add coconut milk and water
3) Put in all ingredient except fish
4) Let it simmer on slow fire until boil
5) Add the fish in and let cook for another 5-8 mins
6) Served with white rice
