Ingredients
A cut snapper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 garlic - pounded
2 onions - pounded
1 tblsp butter
Salt to taste
Preparations
1. Combined all ingredient and marinate the fish for at least 30 mins
2. Melt butter on a frying pan, fry the fish until properly cooked
3. Served with tartar sauce and salads.
