Fried Pak Coy with Oyster Sauce

1 bunch Pak Choy (Sawi) - cut
3 cloves garlic - peeled and sliced/ chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp corn flour (mixed with 1 tbsp water)
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp pepper

1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
2. Add oyster sauce & vegetables and a bit of water. Season with soy sauce, pepper and chicken stock. 3. Thicken with corn starch and stirs for few minutes and removed
