Pumpkin with coconut milk ( Masak Lemak Labu)

It is the simplest Malay dish but dont be surprise that it is so delicious. Especially when it served with rice, fried fish and sambal belacan... Yummy!!

Ingredients

1/2 yellow pumpkin - cubed (big)
4 pcs prawn - peeled
1 red chilli - sliced

1 big onion - sliced
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tsp chicken stock (powder or cube)
Salt to taste

Preparation

1) Add all ingredient into a pot and cook until pumpkin is soft.
