Tandoori Chicken





Ingredients

1 whole chicken - Cut into 4 (cut slits on each to allow the ingredient sip through)
3 tblsp melt ghee (or vegetable oil)
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbslp lemon juice
5 clove garlic - pounded
1" ginger - pounded
salt to taste

Ingredient A (Mixed in a bowl with a bit of water)

1 tblsp garam masala
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tspcayenne or chilli powder
2 drop of red coloring

Preparations

1. Heat 1 tblsp oil in a pan, fry the ingredient A until fragrant. Dish out and let it cold.
2. Add yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger & salt
3. Marinade the chicken with the ingredient for at least few hours
4. Grilled the chicken, keep turning until it's cooked


(Note: If use oven to cook, you need to broil the chicken first for few minutes on both sides and then transfer to pre heat oven at 250 degree)
