Coconut Sago






Ingredients
1 cup sago - wash & drain 
1/2 cup sugar
1 drops of red coloring
1 pandan leaves - tie into knot
Grated coconut (add with a bit of salt)

Methods
1. Combine water, sugar & panda leaves. Bring to boil, add in the color.
2. Add in the sago, continue boil until sago turn to translucent
3. Remove and pore it into mould and let it cold
4. Cut into small pieces and roll it with grated coconut
5. Served
